Introduction

Rock wool insulation products contribute to environmentally friendly thermal insulation, energy efficient, fire-safe with good acoustics. They  have higher compressive and tensile strength and stable size as well as moisture and humidity resistant. We have got CE, ISO, A1, SGS and AS/NZ certifications.

Productive Process are mainly made of 6 parts
1. Putting slag and/or basalt into the melting furnace after weighing automatically；
2. The centrifuge makes the melting rock get fiber；
3. Pleating and pressing;
4. Products take shape (panels or felt) through curing oven;
5. Longitudinal cutting and cross cutting;
6. Stacking and Packing.
